Medicare Advantage Plans, also known as “Part C” or “MA Plans,” are an all-in-one alternative to Original Medicare. These plans are offered by private insurance companies that are approved by Medicare.

When you enroll in a Medicare Advantage Plan, you still have Medicare, but your coverage is bundled together. Most MA Plans include Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance), Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance), and often Part D (Prescription Drug Coverage).

Many also offer extra benefits not included with Original Medicare, such as vision, dental, hearing, or wellness programs.
